A Surprise Wedding on their 10 year Anniversary

When Jess contacted me about photographing their super secret halloween themed wedding and sent through the most amazing vision board, I knew I HAD to be involved!

I love a surprise wedding, I also love a themed wedding and this was BOTH!

These guys perfectly paired romance with a bit of non-traditional spooky & moody fun and made the day totally their own, it was a relaxed and informal afternoon with Tag Burger feeding the crowd of Jess + Kris' loved ones (and me... OMG yum!)

The wedding was held at Jess' parents property near Tauranga, overlooking farmland and, lucky for me, in the perfect spot for some gorgeous evening golden light photos, we then followed that up with some drama filled images to really emphasise the halloween theme with the candles and neon signs & finished the night off with some "off camera flash" shots.

When I got home, the clouds parted revealing a stunning full moon so that was my final shot of the night!

This wedding was wow... just WOW!
